Venue 38 is an indoor event space that accommodates gatherings ranging from approximately 25 to 132 guests. The layout is open and flexible, allowing for a variety of seating arrangements and event styles.
The venue also includes access to a patio area, offering additional space for guest flow and informal gathering.

One hour of setup time and one hour of breakdown

Venue 38 can comfortably accommodate up to 132 guests. Our space is wheelchair accessible, ensuring ease of movement and accessibility for all guests.

All events must conclude by 12:00 AM. This includes music, bar service, and guest departure, allowing ample time for a smooth and respectful close to your celebration.

Yes, alcohol is permitted at Venue 38. For safety and compliance reasons, all alcohol must be served by Venue 38’s licensed bartenders. Outside bartenders are not permitted.

Yes. We welcome outside vendors, including caterers, decorators, photographers, and planners. The only exception is bartending services, which must be provided exclusively by Venue 38.

Pets are not allowed inside the venue. This policy helps us maintain a clean, safe, and allergy-conscious environment for all guests.

We accept credit cards, cash, and payment plans. Payment details and scheduling will be outlined clearly during the booking process.

Yes, payment plans are available for qualifying events. To discuss options and availability, please submit an inquiry using the form at the top of the page.

A $350 security deposit is required to reserve your date. This deposit is refundable within 7–14 business daysfollowing your event, provided there are no damages or policy violations.
Please note: If you cancel your event more than 48 hours after submitting your deposit, the deposit becomes non-refundable.

Our round tables are 60 inches in diameter, and our rectangular tables measure 6 feet by 30 inches, making them ideal for a variety of seating arrangements, dining layouts, and event styles.
